City: Pingdingshan

As the city is divided into two parts, old city and new city, the school is located in the old part of the city in Zhanghe District North Zhanghe Road. It has a land area of 5638 sq. m and a total number of 1172 students with 115 permanent teachers. Wellent Bilingual School has 32 classes in the primary school which has a land area of 3958 sq.m. with grades from one to six and the middle school lies on a land area of 1680 sq. m which has three classes from grade seven to grade nine.

The school has three buildings serving different purposes. The multi-purpose building has four stories and the primary school and the middle school building s have three stories each. Moreover, the school is going to have a new building which is under construction. This building is going to be a canteen, 1st floor , and students ' dormitories 2nd to 6th floor . Beginning from September 2009, the school has a plan to be a boarding School.

The school was founded in 2002 and from that time on it has been hiring foreign teachers. So far there have been ten foreign teachers hired through the Beijing Office . The school has no accommodation for foreign teachers in the school , so a nearby rented apartment accommodates the foreign teachers where the teachers are responsible for paying utilities . But fortunately, the school is planning to add an apartment for a foreign teacher among the construction of other buildings which will be ready in September 2009.
